Vivekananda is still an inspiration and role model for the youth.

Swami Vivekananda is relevant in all ages and times. He's a source of inspiration to both youth and elders.

Youth power is the ultimate power. Our youth must follow such great person Swami Vivekananda.

That is just wishful thinking ! I see many of our youth getting attracted to everything that is anti social and anti establishment ...I guess it is a phase that the society is going through and we can only hope that life comes a full circle and we see some solid qualities in our youth ..

As of now. I'm not seeing any traces of power in the youth of today. They are mere poor imitators of anything that's western. They are in the illusion that they are the emerging force of new India . A mere self deceit. The bitter fact is that youth is behind most of the crimes taking place in India. Ask them, who is Mahatma Gandhi. Pat comes the reply, grand father of Sonia Gandhi.

Vivekananda is well known for his speech at Chicago conference where he addressed the gathering as brothers and sisters.

And this was the speech that cleared suspicions and doubts prevailing in the hearts of foreigners about Hinduism. This speech enabled them to look at Hinduism with a new perspective.

Vivekananda had a strong belief in the power of younger generation.

True. But is our youth in a position to justify Vivekananda's strong belief in them ? I doubt.
