Call them pick pockets, there is nothing gender specific about it. The women have equal rights in every field.

Yes such women are everywhere. Men and women must always be alert when they are holding cash with them.

Yes, such gangs are activated in various part of Delhi. Many of the mix up with the crowd and cut your pocket. Even many people think that women cannot pick pockets.
