Trends in working place

The picture looks rosy to those who are between 20 and 30 in the employment scenario in 2014. Another heartening thing is that the future belongs to talented and skilled people. I'm happy at this trend.

Whatever is the trend, the employment opportunity in India is backward. We need strong changes in this regard.

Trend is good to see but if it will be true then many youngs will get job.
