Most of us these days are health conscious since our life styles are such that we need to pay extra attention unlike during olden days when their daily routine included enough physical labor. Walking is of course the best exercise routine there is, however most of us are unaware as to how much we are walking and whether we are doing it right etc etc...I came across this very interesting site which charts out your walk-jog running route besides has a calorie counter as well..

Friends there are many people who walk at home and don't feel to go out due to pollutions. Is it good or bad?
That is being stupid, one cannot sit inside the house all day ! There is pollution no doubt but it is even better to get acclamatised and buld your immunity by going for a brisk walk and remaining fit and healthy !

I choose early morning hours when pollution from vehicle emissions are less for walking,.

Mornings are not free from pollution in industrial places and Metropolises. Ideal thing would be to choose a walking track away from the city To make walking enjoyable, walk in the company of like minded walkers.
