BJP refused the appointment of protem speaker in Delhi assembly. which goes to seniormost member. So another memeber had to be appointed. BJP leader Mukhi is contesting for speaker post. It appears that there will be election for the speaker post. Whether Congress will support AAM AADAMI Party for post of speaker or will abstain is not yet clear. If Congress abstains, BJP candidate will be speaker. This will be big inconvenience to AAP government as speaker has crucial role especially when there is minority government.

It is a normal practice and it remembers the situation of chandrababu Naidu supported speaker and the Vajpayee's government fall within 13 days, when the ruling party does not have majority, this sort of confusion and chaos happens, important is the strategy of Congress here,
This is another exciting news. This time every elections are thrilling and nothing can be predicted before the final result is declared. I feel this very confusing.
Whoever becomes the Speaker, he cannot go against the constitution. It is not the speaker who topples a government. It happens when majority of the members vote against it expressing non-confidence.
If the speaker comes from BJP, it will make sure that BJP does not walk-out from the house and show its support to AAP in public friendly decisions..
Congress has decided to support AAP in speraker election also. So there is no difficulty. It would be better to elect unanimously AAP candidate as speaker and BJP candidate as deputry speaker in accordance with healthy parliamentary traditions.
