Pure water, otherwise there would be many water borne diseases, intake of water is good but pure water is important.
Of course that is implied. Purity should be ensured. Simplest way is to boil the water and allow it to cool. Filter and drink. This can be done by anybody.
Even now in some households they add some herbs and roots , even mint leaves while boiling water and this ggives it a nice flavor and also helps in cleansing it thoroughly...
