Water is life we have studied in early classes, acqua water is good for health no doubt of it but too much water is also not good.

Too much of anything is not good. Water has multifaceted advantages if it is taken in a limited way.
One can easily drink upto about 3 liters of water per day since we sweat in tropical countries this is needed. One may not drink so much water in cold countries.it very much depends even on your lifestyle and body type. However, water is essential and good for our system .
If the day is started with a glass of water on an empty stomach, it will be more effective. In fact, there is separate therapy, Water therapy, which proved to be more beneficial .its considered as Elixir of life.
Pure water, otherwise there would be many water borne diseases, intake of water is good but pure water is important.

Even now in some households they add some herbs and roots , even mint leaves while boiling water and this ggives it a nice flavor and also helps in cleansing it thoroughly...
Every day female should have 3 litres of water and male should have 4-5 litres of water. Drinking water is essential to keep the body fit.

Water is harmless in any situation and condition. It's the universal drink accepted both by mainstream medical therapies and Altetrnative medical therapies.
There are few examples where people are surviving with water only, water is life and space scientists are seemingly finding out water in moon of Jupiter. underground ocean is there, so they are expecting life.
