These are common to all and not women only. In fact, there is a limit to what you may do and you need choose. Time is limited.
Title of the article is misleading. The 10 guilts that a woman lives with apply to men also. For example the guilt that one is unable to spend more time with her children is very well a gult tthat a man also lives with. Othere guilts mentioned in the article apply to the menfolk also.
Two of those are very right - spending money on myself is something that really makes me guilty and I think a hundres times before buying any personal items be it cosmetics or jewelry ( which I seldom buy) another one is losing weight which is a something that pricks me all the time .... especially at meal times ! I of course try to firmly put that guilt out while eating and have my fill, but the guilt comes back soon after LOL....

hehehe..that's typically a woman guilt of course even I do feel guilty when spending money on my self I normally think many times when I have to spend on my self only.
We have our conscience. We should speak keeping in mind our choices and betterment. We should practice speaking both "No" and "Yes" at proper situations.

This is actually obligation and not guilt.

Yes to say NO first time is better to say several time YES but I know how hard it is to do so.

It's hard. But if you fail to say NO, in the initial stage, you will be subjected to several hardships later. Weigh Pros and cons before you say Yes or No. This will save you from lot of mental agony.
Saying 'No' is very hard for me. I can't say 'no' easily. I try it many times but it is not possible for me.

But you wrote NO easily. Try it you will find it difficult for the first time after that you won't. :)

I can relate well with those guilts since I too face them always. Especially about the weight, every morning I firmly resolve to exercise seriously, then forget at meal times only for the guilt to return later! ;)

Kalyani, our lifestyles too come in the way since there are so many festivals - the sweets and the rich food all adds up. I go for a walk but feel that I can do better by losing another 4 -5 kilos ! Someone known to me had a liposuction and lost 16 kgs in a day lol...the funny part is it makes you look grotesque because the weight loss is from certain parts only, so the face is bloated and the hands remain solid while you lose fat from belly, thighs etc ..honestly it disfigures you and this person is now regretting she went in for it ! After seeing her I feel at least for the time being  determined to be consistent with my exercise routine !

Oh my! How she must look and feel! I have heard that liposuction if accompanied by other procedures such as tummy tuck or facelift or similar procedures for other areas, only then it works well! But instead of going for such unreliable and expensive procedures it is better tp exercise any time. But that too becomes a chore which we keep putting off! :(

Hmmm...only for people who have that kind of money to throw about! It also depends on how you take yourself, if you have enough self-confidence and have a high regard for yourself, there is no need for such treatments...just my opinion!
There can't be only 10 guilt. Both men and women lives with many guilt.
Difficult to answer this, as per TOI studies, every woman feels guilt at least once in a day and that can have bad effects on her health, what is the reason for this guilt consciousness is matter of further studies, it all deals with her immediate family, such as not spending enough time with her children, her husband is in stress that creates stress with her, they always try to remember birthdays and by forgetting birthdays they tend to feel depressed, all these small factors creates stresses on her, parents related issues, saying no is difficult for her, as per this report some of these might correct but some factors seems a bit exaggeration.

This is also a feminine quality. May be a type of hormone develops in her body which makes her feel guilty even though the matter is simple enough to repent.
Having good moral values for everything in our lives, including our money and relationships, and trying our best to live them can keep us free from guilt. If we fail somewhere, we must be able to forgive ourselves for we are only humans. Living with guilt hampers our life.

I totally agree with you Kalyani ! personally I would never go in for any of those , instead concentrate on having a good diet, walk and exercise as best as I can and leave the rest to nature ! I hate looking at those stretched and inflated faces which look not just artificial but robotic with hardly any expressions and unable to laugh and smile heartily..

I do not know any people who have undergone cosmetic surgeries, but I have seen a couple of ladies who went in for botox injections for reducing facial wrinkles and I say, they looked so wooden and expressionless! I wondered how their families accepted them like that!
