They say, 'you are what you eat'. I for one am a staunch believer in this saying. Out of the 13 factors mentioned in the link, i have been following at least 5 factors since long especially using Bananas and Papayas in my daily diet. Of course my usual Asanas and brisk walks are always there.

Synthetic means Lab made. Synthetic face cream means, a face cream made of chemicals and natural products. It is obvious from the above any synthetic product is made in Laboratories. Eg. Fair and Lovely face cream.
Now natural products are directly available from the nature. Example is Honey
Vitamins available in natural products are welcome. But not Synthetic vitamins.
