In this case infested girl didn't complaint. Tehlka editor accepted for sex assault, but he have any right to decide the case. Court should be took action against him. The girl in question is friend of his daughter.

Even before the girl could decide on what to do about the issue, Tehelka went ahead and came out with their statement which has made the girl very angry and a case would be filed gainst Tejpal since it has become a major issue now..

What is the use of filing case against if this was done with the consent of the girl. Is this done for bad publicity?
