Every race has the same sort of dirty minds, though human is rational that is why they control it, it is natural, as every person be it white, black, brown or yellow have the same instincts but when it breaks law that is the worst case.

Yes i did read the news, by the way Indians have 150 million+ computers in this country alone which is more than whole adult population of US.

I don' think its necessary know the ratios and proportions . Because we should be vigilant and the parents should be careful their child'ren are not exposed to such dirty sites. That's important.
