Famous lawyer Jehmalani has claimed compensation of Rs. 50 lakh from BJP for loss of membership. It appears that for Jethmalani, BJP membership is just like stock exchange membership, which has monetary value. He may be right but then we also need value of membership in other parties. Then why not list political parties on an exchange like Mumbai stock Exchange. Why not have separate 'political parties exchange' just like stock exchange, bullion exchange, commodity exchange!

He is an eminent lawyer, and he used to see everything in the perspectives of law, perhaps as most humans professions do change the outlook towards the world as we tend to perceive, in the way we are in the professional areas, might be affecting or in a way to garner publicity as in Odia one proverb is if some one built temple he is popular and if some one do nature's call on the road he is also popular.

No doubt he is eminent layer. But he forgot that it is right of all political parties to terminate membership of any member. Membership of political party is not fundamental right.
I am reading such news first time. It is like a divorce case when husband gives alumni to his ex-wife. Very funny!
