Well, he is consistent player for sure.. And right now from current team he is having highest centuries as well. He still have long journey, and surely he can be another Sachin for team India.

For the time being Virat will be known as new Sachin Tendulkar. If he goes like this, he will make us forget Sachin Tendulkar one day. Who knows !

Just before the death of Pandit Nehru, every body was saying. "After Nehru who ?".It took only 6 months for Lal Bahadur to make the people forget Nehru. Its the magic of TIME.

I have not forgotten Sunil Gavaskar, I will not forget Sachin but I will add Virat in the list of players whom I admire.

Yes players keep coming and going but you never forget players who set the trend. Sachin is in Bradman's class. Simply unforgettable.

There are one Day wonders. They come, flash and disappear in to oblivion. Such people cannot be remembered. One should be extraordinary in all aspects life. Not just cricket only. Brian Lara is equally a great player. Some critics rate him as much greater than Sachin. Another aspect for Sachin to be remembered especially by us, is he is Indian. For a west Indian Sachin is not a great cricketer.

He will be there in the greats list for ever like WG Grace, Sir Ian Botham, Sir Vivian Richards. But it has to be seen how long he will be remembered.
Virat is the most consistent from among young turks of team India, he is equally brilliant in all forms of cricket.
No doubt Virat is an excellent player and perfectly doing his job at the moment, but you can't compare Sachin with Virat. The class of Sachin makes him one of the greatest every who played cricket. When it comes to class, Virat is no way near to Sachin. You can see Sachin's one shot time and time again without getting bored! Run making and run making with passion and class are two different thing.

Even if many have left Don Bradman behind he is still the best cricketers in the world. Sachin will always remain in his class.
Sachin will never be forgotten from the memories of cricket fans, I could hope his 200th test would be a memorable one in each respect.

I am a optimistic one from every angle but wouldn't like to forecast on this one. I would prefer to see the outcome. I hope your words come true.

I could sense the sense of glorious moment and I could hope the world could stop for some moments when Sachin bats for last time for India.

He started the game under the watchful eyes of his guru and mentor Ramakant achrekar. And sachin is going to sing his swan song again under the watchful eyes of his guru and mentor Ramakant achrekar.. What a glorious moment his 200th test !!!
Virat Kohli's blazing hundred in the Jaipur ODI floored the Australian media who hailed the Delhi batsman as India's 'new' Sachin Tendulkar. Do you agree?

He certainly is. He was being tagged so much before actually. In 115 matches, he has 16 ODI centuries. That is a pretty great going. Dhoni has still only 9 centuries even when he has played more matches than Virat.

If I remember right Sachin had scored his first in 84th or 85th match. Dhoni plays down the batting order so he gets fewer chances to score centuries. But there is no better finisher than Dhoni is.

That Dhoni is a superb finisher has been proved several times and the latest being yesterday's century. Bringing the game From a disappointing stage to a respectable stage, he succeeded, though the game was lost
