Justice delayed (denied) to poor!

The apex court has remarked that the poor are neglected by courts and justice is delayed in their cases. As justice delayed is justice denied, obviously, the poor are denied justice.

True, the justice should be immediate in case of poor so that they do not have to spend time and money on litigation. On the other hand time is an important factor as we saw in case of Naina Sahini case. She did not get the justice because the rich was allotted a lot of time to save him by his buying power.

In fact, we are living in capitalist system which favors the big land and property owners, capitalist class and other haves. The have poor without capital and living merely on work are really second rate citizens with all consequential effects. The provisions in constitution and law cannot change this basic fact.

Might be wrong but what I have heard that lawyer price for honorable Supreme Court's case are near to cores, which means there is no place for poor even higher middle classes to reach to highest court of justice, there should be some sort of standardized price settlement for this otherwise it will be a dream to reach there.
