Height of incompetence and irresponsibility! The doctors and all associated staff who were dealing with the patient must be fired and never allowed to work in a hospital again! :angry:

It is gross negligence. Person in question should be file a suite for compensation in competent court.

Mistakes while doing surgeries should be avoided even though it happens very rarely. We consider this profession as a noble profession.
