Insomnia has many side effects. Due to lack of sleep, day time activity will become dull . This leads to procrastination, stress and fatigue. A person who has a sound sleeping habit will be active during day time. It results in focusing on the day to jobs.
If a state of insomnia is continued for a long period of time it leads to hallucinations and in severe cases also disorientation of the brain which needs clinical treatment...
