Isn't it obvious.. you don't get good sleep, your body and brain are going to get impacted...
Insomnia has many side effects. Due to lack of sleep, day time activity will become dull . This leads to procrastination, stress and fatigue. A person who has a sound sleeping habit will be active during day time. It results in focusing on the day to jobs.
