Both are national party. It is not possible that no other party is politics. We cann't avoid regional parties. It is truth of Indian politics.

I am a supporter of fewer parties and no independent members because they do nothing for the cause of public but come in handy for big parties only. Fewer the parties better the electoral system but that is a far fetched idea in Indian scenario.

I am willing to accept the fact that a three party mode is best for any country. You always have an option of selecting the best.

I think this image will disappear in coming elections and people including congressmen will see beyond Gandhi family in coming elections. Only people with no base of their own in form of public support would rely on crutches of Gandhi family which are no more able to support them.
