What women want at work place

While discussing about the said issue, the author Marilyn Nagel, CEO of Watermark says that women should understand about the visible role models like CEO of Facebook, Yahoo etc. With this she emphasises the point that women should understand that they have more options for advancement. This is the aspect I liked the most.

Why advocates ?A woman or man need not have advocates to ascend the ladder of progress. What all a man or a woman need is availing the opportunities lying before them.

True, this is not Victorian era and women don't work for men any more. In this century and in this world women make their own decisions. Respecting any one on gender based or conditions is no more done.
