It’s of common knowledge that schools are no more educational institutions but commercial complexes. educational institutions believe in spending less on essential infrastructure and make the parents pay astronomical sums through the nose. Vehicles used for transporting children are junks bought in the secondhand market which are invariably not roadworthy. Employ bullock cart drivers as the bus drivers for a pittance. This sorry state of affairs naturally lead to ghastly accidents.
