Its always irksome to face some tricky questions, where too much of anything will put you in a tight spot. Utmost caution has to be exercised while dealing with a tight rope situation.
Great piece of information. Might be very useful when I attend my next interview.
Gone are the days of those interviews where in interviewers ask stock questions from well within the peripheries of text books. Now the stress is on testing the candidate’s readiness to face the job related crises in a jiffy. Current campus interviews of IT giants prove this.
The employer wants to check the spontaneity and the candidate's reaction when various questions are bombarded on to him/her.
What I feel (and as part of people on other side of table) we know almost everything about their academic qualifications because we have their bio in front of us. People want to know about their utility for the company they are willing to enter by testing their judgement power and willingness to work in perfect understanding.
