I agree. Please provide link of the news for better understanding. Many things depend on circumstances.
It is something happened in out native. That lady is just 31 years old and she has two children 10 years girl and 7 years boy. Yesterday her husband hanged and died and she was literally thrown out of house with her two children.

What are the conditions under which she was sent back to her mother's home? If she has children, she has the right to Alimony.
That family is blaming that only because of her he has suicided. Thats why they dont want her to stay with them

This is natural reaction. If she stays with her in law, her life will be more miserable. It is better that she stays away but she should seek legal or professional help to get her dues- share in property and money.
Ya true, But that lady is not ready to come from there. She wants to stay in that place. This is not the first time, but many times she had come to mother's place with one or the problem with that husband. We all suggested her not to go back, but she never listened to us.

Say with her that she has rights to stay with her in laws. If she's not listening to your good hearted advises, none can help her.
Yes, This is very true.
If Woman is well educated and settled, She will be live her life without any struggle.

Otherwise, She has rights to getting husband's property or some amount..
She and definitely her two children do have a right in everything that her husband possessed. In fact onlt they have the right if he has not made a will otherwise and even that can be contested by the children under some circumstances...By the way, why did the husband commit suicide? was it beacuse he was unhappy in life or with his wife or some other reason?
Yes she have been supported by her inlaws family instead of sending her to her parent's home.

This is really pity for women as most of them depend financially on husband. This is the reason why girls should also be educated like boys so that they may get financially independent. :)

It is very common in India. It is duty of woman in-laws to look after in this situation.
They were facing some financial problems, so everyone say that because he was unable to maintain family he committed sucide

Whatever may be the reason of her husband's death, his wife's place is in her in-law's house. She has a right to stay with them.
