Such things can happen only in a country like India, goes to show how inefficient the government staff is ...But they do have an excues and an explanation for all their faults, defending comes easy !

We still haven't received it. The government staffs are not only inefficient but also lazy to complete their jobs on time.

Now that they have said that unless you have Aadhar card, you dont get subsidised rate for gas, there is a huge rush for procuring the card and unless more centers are made available it is going to be a big mess in the coming days...

It seems funny but really it is the reality of Indian Government. Very shame! On top of it, they are coming with excuses, shame and shame, I may believe that yes, in some countries dogs are treated as humans, and taking their picture is okay hehehe, but chairs and trees in picture amazing :laugh: :woohoo:

True!! I have seen many centers with heavy rush for procuring the card. Also banks are crowded because many of them do not have an account. pathetic situation. Thank God I have applied for it a long time back.

Aadhar card is not preparing by government. These are preparing by private agencies which engage almost callow person for this job. Everything is possible in India.

Aadhar card is not preparing by government. These are preparing by private agencies which engage almost callow person for this job. Everything is possible in India.

All the Aadhar card related jobs are awarded to Franchisees with limited or no infrastructure.

This is so ridiculous and it really questions the efficiency of the staff that has been hired to do the job! :blink: The truth is that most people are accustomed to doing a job just for the sake of doing it but are not riddled with the responsibility of doing it right! Same used to be the case when issuing Voters' cards, there are so many instances of such silly goof ups!

The answer is for sure staff not working properly, otherwise it is very hard to believe lack of staff in a country with such enormous population!

But the procedures have been started more than two years ago, I got my own card more than a year ago, so it is expected that by now they are fully prepared to the rush and know to expect what can go wrong!

When you got the card, most people were not even aware and so those who applied got easily. But now at certain places, this is necessary for gas subsidy. So, there is rush. In U.P., still there is no implementation of direct gas subsidy. So, nobody is bothered about adhar card.
