But in India most of tourists are black sheep. They think they have right to spoil monuments.

They should be punished for that.

But in India most of tourists are black sheep. They think they have right to spoil monuments.

Spoiling the monuments is not restricted to tourists alone. Indians do not lag behind.

World is made of mainly two types of people; responsible and irresponsible. Why blame particularly Chinese when our country has people who are unruly. After seeing the trash outside, they probably thought that Indian people like to leave in polluted places. I believe its the Indian people who are responsible for this. Tourist who are doing this just imitating Indian people. We need to follow the rule fist before expecting from the guests :dry:

Very true. I have seen, our heritage sites are mostly spoiled by our Indians. In Konark Sun temple, you will see inscriptions written by our own Indians. We least value the sanctity of our own culture and heritage.

Defacing the heritage sites is an old problem. Government's apathy towards heritage sites is deplorable.
