She was a victim of depression due to her career and failed relationships. It is sad to see a young talent give up her life this way.

According to Indian express, Investigators say the reason for her suicide was due to a strained relationship with Suraj, a student at an acting institute.

So shocking to know but the lifestyle and stress may change the ways of thinking and behaving especially in show business. They expect too much within short time span and pay for it, in different ways. She paid by giving her life.

Everybody sees a successful person and jump to wrong conclusions. Seeing a Sachin or Gavaskar sending the ball to the fence effortlessly, makes people think, ‘Batting is so easy’. But they never think. How much effort has gone in to their success of the respective batsmen. Akin to this, Jiah dreamt of instant stardom. When the things did not work in her way, she couldn’t stand the disappointment.

I already mentioned about her strained relationship with one Suraj, an acting school student as reported by Indian Express today in the earlier comments. Jhia's mother Razia Khan herself told the police that her career was not doing well.
