A great innovation and a relief to visually impaired.
The vision provided by belt appears to be like that of bats. The visually impaired may not actually see but they get signals. It needs be seen how effective this will be in practice.

for disables any thing which make their life easy will be proved useful. I am hearing impaired. With help of speaker phones I am running PCO for last 10 years. I can feel vibration with my hand.

Effectiveness of any invention will take its time to prove its efficacy. Once an invention goes public, it gives an opportunity to the inventor to know the lapses and to make the necessary amends. The whole exercise takes time.
