Facebook is only a social networking tool. A woman can be harassed by another male even if she is not using the internet. The person doing the harassment can be a colleague working in her office or somebody studying in her class. Is it real so, thats why we have to use facebook in limit. always spending time in face book is equal to having alcohol. When we make out a person is trying harrass us then we just need to block that person simple:)

I am also not interested in FB. In my views it is site only to say hello and hi and uploading photos. What is use of these?

I hate uploading photos in FB. there is no security for it. Though we upload and delete also, our photos will be in FB forever. So while searching then our deleted photos will be visible. So it is not at all good for us as there are many people who misuse our photos especially girls photos.

I agree with that, it depends entirely on the individual as to how well she is able to cope with such things.When she has a problem it is always wise to seek help instead of going in for drastic measures ... To a certain extent it is a reflection of our society which is still in the 18th century as far as thinking and awareness is concerned with a foot in the 21 st century , not able to handle everythinng ...

I strongly agree with you I have seen on one TV show the case of girl harassed by her classmate as he was in love with and she was not aware of his feeling and he thought she is ignoring him made her fake ID....but the police had solved case....similary she would also have told her parents instead of taking such a stupid step...

That's the flip side of Facebook. It was really sad to read that news. I think the lady should have been more aggressive upfront.

I agree with your view. Committing suicide was really a bad decision. I always feel that the modern education concentrates only on the study material so as to be in front in this competitive world. But the students are not trained enough to face the difficult situation but I feel is duty of the school teacher.

Yes. This is failure of education system and grooming. Education should aim at emotional balancing apart from knowledge.

This happens when we get involved in to the social sites too much. People really are not afraid of sharing their phone numbers with the people whom they never met just chat on the sites which I feel becomes a problem most of the time.
