In spite of risk of damage to career, the executives seem to learn nothing and indulge in sexual harassment of their female subordinates.

Even Sreesanth knew that he would be at the risk of his career and face jail and blah blah blah. But then did he stop from his wrong-doings? Everyone is aware of the consequenses of one's own deeds and still that has never stopped man from committing crimes.
Every celebraties and person who have enough money and links have misconceptions that he/she can manage all things with check and jeck.

Recently we saw the case of Phaneesh murthy the Top man at Igate taking advantage of his subordiante...Apparently threatening her with dire consequences if she refuses to have sex with him ! Now of course he has been kicked out ! The same man did this a few years ago while he was working for Infosys in the US and I gate went ahead and hired him knowing his history..

His case is indeed, a scandalous one and he has been caught second time in this disgraceful act. What an end to a person whose simple brilliance helped Infosys and i-Gate achieve outstanding commercial successes!!!

Probably his brilliance was limited to academics only , could not use it in his personal life ootherwise he wouldnt be in such a situation today ! what a pathetic situation !
The government is not serious enough to enact some laws favouring women and the sexual offenders are taking full advantage of that.
There is nothing wrong with law. It is peoples' mentality that matters. Crimes occur in spite of penal code, courts, police and prisons. There are many who would again commit the same crime when released from jail.
I agree with you SIR, crimes will happen till the world ends, it is impossible to maintain world as a safe heaven ,so we should look to minimize crimes from being committed and the best possible way is to implement some tough laws like the Arabs so that the crime rates will definitely notice a steep decline.

It is not feasible to introduce the medieval penal system as in some Arab countries. In fact, we need to redefine the crimes. Anything that does not harm others or the state should be taken out of the penal law. Thus there will be no punishment for mere moral breach. Also frauds that could be avoided by use of common sense and ordinary intelligence should not be considered crime. For example, if some one promises you to double your gold by magic and gets some advance, this should not be punishable. Just reduce the number of crimes so that our police is available for real and serious crimes.
