As the technology advances, new things are coming in to light. This is a helping info.
Yes, I read this news, I guess yesterday. But however advances does technology do, it can never match the manual checking. When I write articles, there are many times when the text editor gives wrong suggestions.

It may be right for text editor but wrong for you. Once I used one word in my article which is wrong of text editor but as per dictionary.
All in all text editors are software made by human. So better rely on your brain rather than software packages. It is okay to get help from these advance text editors :)

True! Also, in many cases, the grammar is usually with reference to the text and the meaning that one wants to project, in such cases the text editor will only give suggestions that are based on technicalities but are wrong in context to what you wish to convey, Hence it is best that we rely only on our brains!

The software facilities are our friendly aids and not masters to guide us. Thus we use the facilities of spell and check but use our own discretion.
