Digvijay singh can never be taken seriously ! However, in naming CBI a caged parrot the judiciary is showing its frustration at how the central givernment has belitteled it not the other way round, I hope Digvijay does some rethink on the issue and start analysing his own partys role in making CBI a caged parrot instead of shotting his mouth ...

I will not name those politicians who play the role of jokers in the pack. I do not want to take their statements seriously. They do not take good suggestions seriously neither listen to others' point of view to change the country which is going through a chaotic situation.

Let us see what happens on this count. A group of ministers of the same government whose action has come in for scathing criticism of the Supreme Court! Ideally, it should have been a group with representatives from all political parties to reach a broad consensus on this issue. In our present scheme of things CBI can not be made totally free but its accountability must be strictly established.

Yes you are right, CBI as other government agencies is very much part of government and dependent on central government for appointments, funding, infrastructure therefore cannot stay totally unbiased and that is where its working process comes under public’s scanner. It cannot be freed totally from government' clutches.
