This is an insult to animals, I have yet to hear that animals ever raped any other animals.
Secondly- There are many free zones in the permissive societies, where people live naked and walk as per their choice. In fact there were such zones in our own country where people did it without any hesitation known as nudist colonies mostly on the Goan beaches (I have seen them myself) but no one behaved the way that was not acceptable to other residents of the colonies leave rape thing apart.
Finally, who would be ready to let anyone rape her even if you create such zones? The need is to create shoot at site zones where rapists need to be shot down openly to curve the problem at our hands.

There is no simple solution for rape sin. Rightly said by Sunil sir that even in sex free zone, no one would want to get raped. :evil: It will continue till world exists :evil:

Indian constitution don't allowed to punish any one openly. But punishment should be advertise. so people think hundred time before doing such type of evils.

Even if you publicly advertise their penalties, they will find some other ways to do this sin. There is no way rape cases can be controlled, unless men understand its not good, and don't use girls like a toy. Sex education in the school level can help, where these things are bad should be taught. This way I think rape cases can be controlled!
