Yes at some level it is true. Addiction of these thing is surely not good.
Sir,more usage of facebook and twitter may lead to that type of issues..But if we use these social networking sites in good manner,why we should bother about that? Same time,i agree with you in case of addiction,mind will be affected..

Facebook is a good means to contact relatives and friends. But if you go on 'socializing' by 'adding friends' who are never seen physically, the mental sickness will follow.
Yes, as far as the use of these social media sites is contained it is good for us. I have many friends who chat using these sites daily for more than 7 hours that they even don't know what is happening around them. Mainly people with inferiority complex tends to make unwanted friendships in Facebook. They enjoy chatting because they know that they don't have to face this person in real. Too much of indulgence in social media sites can cause social phobia.

Yes I am doing it. I am interested is saying hi, hello. these sites are only for this purpose.
I must use twitter to share my work, I am useless without using twitter although I do not have to go to site everyday.

I have been using both Twitter and Facebook for more than 7 years and have not got addicted ! It is there for a purpose and thats it,twitter for promoting articles and facebook for keeping in touch with friends and other known people...

Anything beyond limits will be proved disastrous. I have been using them since a long time. Nothing happened to me because i kept them at a distance, where they are supposed to be.
