There are many cases where teenagers have committed serious offenses and each time their age has come to their rescue, so there should be some other provision to bring such offenders into the net of law so that they dont get away and become confident and go on to other criminal activities,,

Now is the time to review law on juvenile crimes. It is felt that the juvenile age be reduced to fifteen years.
