A small girls with a swollen head! How pathetic? We always praise 'almighty' for whatever is good. But whom will you blame for the misery of the child?

The condition of the child is very pathetic, she is suffering from hydrocephalus which is curable but involves a very risky procedure. If god exists, then I would definitely blame him for the condition of this child. The child is only 18-months-old and what "paap" she did to be in such a terrible condition.
It is pathetic to see and read the report and this is when you feel that life is unfair at times and one feels so helpless. Since the condition is curable, lets hope that she gets enough financial aid and gets cured ..
According to the latest reports, a few Philanthropic organizations took initiative to help the child's treatment.

I would think that the MLA and MP of that area have the social responsibility to help out since they get a yearly fund which is meant for spending on their constituency !

MLAs and MPS have indeed social responsibility in the case and they may vigorously pursue health department for cure of the child. The yearly fund is for local development and not for individual medical cases.

I think they do have some money allocated for such causes since you get to hear and read about MLAs in rare cases of course, distributing money from their fund for those who lose their home during rainy season or have some deformity etc..
