Twitter followers

I am following more than 100 twitter members, who aren't following me. So, there is a big gap between "followers" and "following". How do I find who aren't following me so that I can stop following them and reduce this gap?

You can PM me to know how to do it on auto. I have 2 acs with 3500+ and 26000+ followers and the system takes care for me.

I don't thin there is any special way to check the thing that those people are following us back or not to whom we are following. I think we can check one by one by opening both pages but i didn't able to find out any direct way.
