Personally speaking, I have not gone deep into it...I charge my mobile online each time and so far things have been pretty OK...You can have a secure pass word which you get through your bank , which you need to use for all online payments..

I don't use online mobile recharge but I pay bill of one of my mobile phone online. I will check it. :)
