Here are the major benefits by doing regular exercise

If the person has control over diet and does regular exercise, the person can be free from any disease for that matter.
Controlling the food and with out exercise is also a problem exercise will help us to get rid of diseases.

Physical exercises strengthens the body. Where as Yoga strengthens both body and soul. I do only Yoga.
