Yes more work and less sleep can surely cause anyone stress... And yes other points are also important and which should be follow properly to have happy life.
Now a days all are facing problems due to this all. If all are maintained correctly it is easy to get rid of stress.
Most people are busy only with working and the thoughts of how to get a promotion or how to earn better salaries and continuously keep working towards those goals, without doing anything that they like or need. If even 15 minutes are given to self daily, that would decrease stress a lot.
Yes I have noticed it that when I am online on the sites my stress gets reduced while interacting with the friends. :)

Yeah.. Interacting with friends is always good for reducing stress.. I guess we can talk with anyone and get our self busy for same purpose.
Irregular meals definitely contribute to stressful life. Most people ignore the importance of starting the day with good breakfast and simply rush to their work place. Even many students go to school without having proper breakfast. By the time they return they are too tired to even enjoy proper meal!!! Needless to say, life is so stressful for them.

Its true, and breakfast is still not an important and essential meal for many!
Such tips to avoid stress is good substitute of massage. I will follow this at home.
Best tip is relaxing to avoid from stress. If you don't feel any tension for anything there wont be any stress for you.

Excellent and very valid points ! All of them are equally important ...however, at times we may not be able do what is essential which is but natural.But, being aware itself helps and also going into the root of the problem and knowing why we feel stressed..
