Resolution against Srilanka passed in UNO

India should have a uniform policy to deal with such issues. Now the balance would tilt more in favor of China and Pakistan. India is least popular among its neighbors due to its foreign policies and lack of activeness in such matters. We failed on both fronts, home as well as neighbors as far as this particular point was concerned.

A resolution on human rights has been passed by UNO. India voted against Srilanka. On this issue DMK withdrew from Union government.

That resolution is water down mostly which can cause no benefits to Sri lankan Tamils. We (people from Tamil Nadu) Expected India to make some amendments in that resolution like, adding words genocide, war crime etc. Independent international investigation.
