What is wrong with British advisory to citizens?

Britain has advised citizens to be careful when traveling in India in view of rapes. The advice is just as an Indian father would give to his daughter. It appears that British advisory is okay and does not advise against traveling to India.

again there is another advisory that says that risk to women traveling to India is like in any other country. Rape is an international issue and not confined to India only.

I read the link and I didn't see anything wrong with the advisory. Its a word of caution advised by anybody while going out, not necessarily going abroad. Nowhere the advisory said, "Stop traveling to India.":
Actually both the articles are true. First advice was given only to the visitors coming to India and the second one was given for all the visitors who are travelling abroad.
Many a times I have come across the news that Indian women are harassed or molested in some foreign countries. India is not the only country to be blamed.

The British advisory has told all the citizens to be careful when in abroad. It is just a word of caution.
Even Australian government has issued a similar advisory to its citizens avoid traveling to India

Its nothing bad with it. Its just a precaution which every girl should take not even travelling to India but to any part of the world.
