Bangal Govt, sometimes declared Rs2 per kg rice or wheat rs 3 per kg to poor.
Can you please define "poor"? There are "poor" people in the country who are living a lavish life. And if the government had earlier said that it is possible to live in 35 paise per day, who is poor then?
There is some line called 'poverty line'. So, the people 'below poverty line' are issued different type of ration cards. Some income limit is fixed for various benefits in government schemes. For example, in housing schemes, there are different classes for EWS (economically weaker section), LIG (lower income group), HIG (higher income group).
