Difference between Knowledge and Wisdom

I remember a scene from KBC this season when a kid from Hyderabad had won a handsome amount. However, he didn't back off from a question he was doubtful about. He went ahead and gave the wrong answer. This is when Big B said that if only he had shown some wisdom... (he lost a huge amount due to the wrong answer). He had enough knowledge, no doubt, but according to Big B, lacked important aspect of wisdom.

Knowledge - We acquire it through education or experience.
Wisdom - Quality of having experience, knowledge and judgement (being wise).
