Fasting can be described in the ways as listed below.
(i) Nature’s only universal and omnipotent remedy of healing.
(ii) Nature’s only fundamental law of all healing and curing.
The practice of fasting is one of the most ancient customs. It is followed in almost every religion.
@ Mary, Have you started Fasting?
No yar. not yet started. Usually never do fasting...
But have to practice. I have to reduce the fat. Iam too fat... :( :( :(
Fasting might not necessarily reduce your fat. I don't think it is the right way to reduce body fat. Yes, weight can be reduced through fasting, but there are other ways to reduce the fat too.
Iam drinking honey mixed hot water to reduce the fat...
Since how many days are you drinking honey mixed with lukewarm water? My sister once tried this. She did it continuously for about 3-4 days and she started feeling week and fragile. I hope you take care about yourself and be aware of the side-effects too.

: B) Three or four day is not enough to get its benefits. Your sister started feeling weekness it is because of quantity of honey. Use atleast 20gm honey in one and four time in a day. I tried it.
