Never discourage anyone

We should not discourage. We should rather encourage to increase speed.

Unless someone's movement comes to a grinding halt, we shouldn't discourage any one . Even here we should motivate, not discourage.

We should encourage our younger and our children and also to everyone.Discourage can bring failure in one's life.

I think the proverb "Slow and Steady wins the race" is well suited but in present world no one really love to follow this. Everything in world runs fast and instant solutions are needed in such case it is difficult to expect people encouraging slow progressive people.
