It's not applicable on all.Sometimes situation of man not allowed to laugh.

The quotation is not suitable for normal people.

I guess that is true, no one ever has anything encouraging to say when a person sets high goals, but will be all round him or her when the goal is achieved and he or she is successful...I am sure Premji has experienced this first hand ! :cheer:

Very well said- Only people who think big can reach to their goals, lesser ones only know to laugh as they are good for nothing.
