I just need a quick answer here. I have written a small article on HTC Smartphone. I know that mobile phone articles are fine here. I don't know where to submit the article. I have other choices too. But I want to give priority here first. Please someone guide me.

and fill up all the details and Click submit.. u're done

Yes, it's an article.
And definitely, u'll be paid for that depending upon the hits that you get on it.
So better you write, the more you can get. The boddunan team sees to it that you always get a fair slice.

Mobile reviews not paid in cash but points only. Points maybe converted into cash later as usual but no cash. I hope you got my point.

You are misinformed here, articles are paid on their merits and not hit based. Mobile reviews are not paid in cash but points.
