Yes even I have seen such people have strong will power. You remember once I discussed about a girl in my neighbor who is deaf and dumb she is really has strong will power that is the reason she has a government job having salary of aroundK per month which I feel a normal person won't be able to get these days. :blink:

Those physically disabled in one way have greater capacity in some other way. Hence they are also called 'differently able'.
