Former Haryana C.M. and his son have been sentenced to rigorous imprisonment by a CBI court. Is this an indication that our administrative and judicial system is so fine that nobody can escape the long arms of law. Or is this misuse of official machinery for party purpose?

CBI has already earned the name, "Ruling Party's Stooge.". Though i can't exactly tell the truth. I'm confident that at least a spoon of truth must be there in it.
The 78-year-old Chautala and his son were convicted by the court on January 16 of forging documents to recruit teachers in 1999 and 2000. Fifty-three others were also found guilty in the case.

Has it been so fine? My take is the judiciary in this country too has been influenced by the events in recent times. It has just seized the right moment to leave its signature on the flow of time. As far as the verdict is concerned I would only say that it's landmark one, our judges have been too lenient and patient with criminals who have been masquerading as politicians!!!
:) No it is not misuse of official machinery, they deserve it.

I think it would be too simplistic to give a clean chit to our judiciary. Why it has taken so long to send our corrupt politicians to their right place!! Our judges can't feign ignorance of objective reality!!
