I think heart never says a thing, all thinking and saying is job of brain. In case you mean decisions while one emotional, those maybe right or wrong because mind does not work properly then.
On come on except for our mouth nothing speaks. :woohoo:
Yes sometimes we should listen to our heart when that is something emotional we cannot be harsh every time on such thing. :)

But it is sometimes disappointing that even if we do what our heart says, our efforts fail.

Success does not depend on your head and heart. Sometimes you mat succeed only by chance. Actually if you go by heart you get emotional joy. If you go by head, you get mental satisfaction. Success is a matter of good planning, proper execution, team cooperation and favorable conditions.

Exactly Sir an emotional joy is also important sometime along with the mental satisfaction, Success is immaterial its not necessary that we get success at the end but what is required is the satisfaction and peace of mind. :)
