I too feel that breakfast is very important and when you are rushed you should have at least a glass of milk and a fruit.But when you can, it is essential to have a filling breakfast ...
Yes break fast is very important not only as you have to be active for the whole day, but for the health purpose too. Skipping breakfast can lead to increase of keratin in blood, which is not good.
