This is axiomatic. You would have already got or would hope to get with what you have already done. Hence some thing new or that you never had so far, something else is to be done.

Every success is new. So, we have to do something different every time to get a new success.
If we do something in certain way we are going towards achieving success.

Dreams can motivate you to do something in order to achieve the desired goal. But dream should be a positive one.

If you want to see the real beauty of ocean, then you need to leave the beautiful sea shore. (You need to sail new depths of ocean to see the real beauty of seas)
we should be a little adventurous and try to experiment new things. Never remain as a "koopamandookam" thinking nothing is there after this beautiful well. He need to come out of the well leaving behind what he have , taking a little risk to discover most beautiful things of life.

Anything new and unique in life always give you recognition. Just dreaming for something is not enough one has to work to fulfill the dream. :)
