Yes Ginger is very helpful in many ways. I am taking it with tea.
Ginger tea with mint leaves and without milk, only decoction is very good, it will help in weight loss too
This is not anything new, traditionally most Indians know the benefits of drinking ginger tea and is still followed in most households during monsoons and winters! I personally enjoy drinking ginger tea a lot!
I agree that this is not new. even the road side tea shops are selling ginger tea.

The practice of adding ginger to tea is an old practice and its one of the popular Ayurvedic practices to combat with cold.

Yes, we used to take our clients out when they came for a visit to India, we used to take them out for tea in a local 'tapri' outside our office for ginger tea and a wada-pav, they loved it a lot!!
Now a days I have seen many tea stalls selling Ginger tea. I am happy about this. But I prefer coffee, not tea.

That's really great! Because I remember years back I was in Bangalore for 15 days for a rock climbing camp and we craved wada pav like crazy! If you ever happen to be in Pune, I will take you to this place where the taste of wada pav is just amazing! :)
Having ginger tea is good for digestive system which helps in digestion. Besides it makes you fit.

These much of benefits. It is really good..
Ginger tea is very beneficial for our health and it give relief in cold. If in tea add 2-4 leaves of rose it also give benefit to those persons who are more tensed and in depression.
